About Me — Jocelyn Lomahan

I’ve been a Realtor® in San Diego since 2003, but my story starts here in Rancho Peñasquitos, where I’ve lived since 1991 and raised my family. This community shaped me, and serving it, through real estate and now as the Rancho Peñasquitos Town Council President, has become part of my purpose.

My work has always been guided by connection. I lead with care, listen with intention, and help people believe they’re worthy of buying or selling a home with confidence. Whether I’m supporting first-time buyers, families navigating change, or seniors entering a new chapter, my role is to guide, support, and make the process feel clear and manageable.

Outside of work, you’ll find me with a latte in hand, serving at church, or walking our rescue pup Moses on PQ’s trails. Faith, family, and community are at the heart of everything I do, and they shape the way I show up for the people I serve.
