Hi! I’m Jocelyn Lomahan. A proud Rancho Peñasquitos resident for over 30+ years. My husband and I raised our two beautiful daughters here and we’ve watched this community grow and thrive. I’m also a local realtor for over 20 years serving Rancho Peñasquitos and San Diego as a whole. It is now my honor to serve PQ as Town Council President where it is my mission to uplift the community I call home. I would love for more people to discover what PQ is all about.
